SPIRIT WEAR – REFUND POLICY

At Spirit Wear, we stand behind the quality of our garments and the purpose they carry. Each item is produced individually upon order, which requires a precise and respectful return process. Please review the policy below to understand how we handle issues, returns, and replacements.

1. Defective, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrectly Fulfilled Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages believed to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

This 30-day notification period enables us to investigate the matter promptly with our fulfillment and shipping partners. It is not a limitation period and does not restrict or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

To report an issue, please provide your order number, a clear description of the problem, and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the defect, damage, misprint, or incorrect item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include rectification, replacement, or another legally required solution. Any necessary costs of statutory supplementary performance, including applicable return or replacement shipping costs, will be borne by us.

Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

2. Return Address & Handling of Returned Shipments

All returned shipments are sent to our partnered fulfillment facility. When a return is received, you will automatically be notified by email.

Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days, provided that we have made reasonable efforts to contact the customer and no legally required refund, return, storage, or other obligation prevents this.

If an alternative return address is used without our authorization, you will be responsible for receiving and handling the returned goods.

3. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the courier cannot deliver the order due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the shipment will be returned.
Reshipping the order requires payment of additional shipping fees once a corrected address is confirmed.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that remain unclaimed at the delivery point will be returned.
A reshipment can be arranged at your cost.

If no reshipment is requested, the returned product will be donated after 30 days.

5. Customer-Initiated Returns, Size Exchanges, and Voluntary Returns

Customer-initiated returns, size exchanges, and voluntary returns outside the statutory right of withdrawal are handled separately from the legal withdrawal process.

Because Spirit Wear products are produced individually through our fulfillment process, voluntary returns or size exchanges may only be offered at our discretion where legally permitted.

If a customer wishes to request a size exchange or voluntary return, they must contact us before sending any item back.

Any return, size exchange, or replacement that is not based on a statutory right or a confirmed product issue may require the customer to cover all related costs, including return shipping, reshipping, and the cost of a new order.

This section does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled goods.

6. EU Consumers – Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This Refund Policy does not limit or replace your statutory right of withdrawal.
