SPIRIT WEAR – REFUND POLICY
At Spirit Wear, we stand behind the quality of our garments and the purpose they carry. Each item is produced individually upon order, which requires a precise and respectful return process. Please review the policy below to understand how we handle issues, returns, and replacements.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
To report a problem, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order number.
2. Return Address & Handling of Returned Shipments
All returned shipments are sent to our partnered fulfillment facility. When a return is received, you will automatically be notified by email.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
If an alternative return address is used without our authorization, you will be responsible for receiving and handling the returned goods.
3. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If the courier cannot deliver the order due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the shipment will be returned.
Reshipping the order requires payment of additional shipping fees once a corrected address is confirmed.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that remain unclaimed at the delivery point will be returned.
A reshipment can be arranged at your cost.
If no reshipment is requested, the returned product will be donated after 30 days.
5. Returns Initiated by the Customer
Before returning any product, customers must contact our support team.
We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse.
Size exchanges or voluntary returns may be offered at our discretion, and all costs (including placing a new order) are borne by the customer.
6. EU Consumer Notice – Personalized Goods
According to Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Since every Spirit Wear item is produced individually upon order, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
7. Governing Language
This policy is governed by the English-language version, regardless of translations provided for convenience.
